We had an amazing stay with our large family of 20! The hotel's location made it super easy to explore Shibuya. The kids loved the free coffee and tea at the lobby, and we enjoyed the local eateries just a short walk away.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could have included more variety for kids.

However, the small size may feel cramped for longer stays, and there were some noise issues from nearby trains, especially if staying on lower floors. It's great to have local dining options within walking distance too, but the room amenities could use some updates.

The access to the train station was convenient never had to step outside to catch a train and that makes life easy with kids Plus the breakfast had an excellent mix of Japanese and Western options which kept everyone happy
